American Red Cross Closing Mohawk Valley Chapter
The American Red Cross announces it is eliminating its Mohawk Valley Chapter which includes Delaware and Otsego counties. Beginning in April those counties will become part of the Southern Tier Chapter. Officials say that blood donation locations will stay the same and they will maintain an office in Utica. According to the Chapter’s website there are four full-time employees and two Americorp workers.
