The Otsego County Health Department is reporting the highest single-day, new coronavirus case count to date outside the SUNY Oneonta outbreak. As of yesterday, 18 new cases were reported with no specific connection to an event or facility. Nearly 60 cases are active with 1 person hospitalized.

Delaware County Public Health says 3 new cases were confirmed Wednesday with 53 active and 6 hospitalizations.

In Chenango County health officials record 6 additional cases were confirmed yesterday with 48 active and 4 hospitalizations of patients with COVID-19.

Health departments are reminding all residents to lease remember stay home if you are sick, wear a mask, wash your hands frequently, practice social distancing, and
limit social gatherings to less than 10 people or those who live in your house.
