All crimes described in police media releases are allegations. Named suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Delaware County deputies charged 25-year-old Matthew Fenelon with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The Brooklyn resident is also accused of driving with no insurance, a suspended registration, speeding and changing lanes unsafely.

Otsego County deputies arrested 34-year-old Richard N. Lorette on a petit larceny charge. The Oneonta resident is accused of shoplifting at the Wal-Mart store in the Town of Oneonta.

38-year-old Tory Brown of West Edmeston was arrested by state troopers based in Norwich. Brown was charged with criminal mischief and obstruction of governmental administration.

Meghan M. Cole, 26, of Cherry Valley was arrested by Otsego County deputies and charged with driving while intoxicated, having an open container in her vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Matthew C.T. Romaine was arrested for drunk driving, failure to comply, failure to keep right, reckless driving and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Romaine, 29, lives in Cooperstown.

Richfield Springs troopers arrested Chad Gage. The 30-year-old Richfield Springs resident is charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
