Delaware County District Attorney Investigators made two different arrests on Monday.

24-year-old Timothy Nodine of Hobart was charged with one count each of 3rd degree burglary, 4th degree grand larceny, 2nd degree criminal possession of a weapon, 3rd degree criminal sale of a firearm, and endangering the welfare of a child. These charges are the result of a seven month investigation into the disappearance of property from a local estate.

In a separate case, 40-year-old David Rogers was arrested for one count of forcible touching and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Rogers, who was previously classified as a Level I sex offender, was arraigned in the Town of Sidney Court and sent to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
