Delaware County Jail Inmate Facing New Charges

A Delaware County jail inmate is facing new charges for calling an individual who had an order of protection against him. The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation and determined Israel Rivera of Arkville made phone calls during late September and early October in violation of a court order. Rivera was being held for a probation violation and domestic violence related charges. He is to appear in Delhi Town Court on the new charges.
