Police say two vehicles were damaged when a man fired a gun at them while on an all-terrain vehicle in Delaware County.

According to New York State Police, 30-year-old Matthew Appley of Fishs Eddy faces two felony counts in connection with Friday's incident.

Troopers were sent to South Main Street in Fishs Eddy to investigate a disturbance outside a residence.

An investigation determined Appley fired at two vehicles. Although the vehicles were damaged, there were no reported injuries.

Police say Appley was arrested without incident. A judge ordered him held in Delaware County Jail on $25,000 bail.
