Delaware County Responds to Heroin Problem with Confidential Hotline

James Eisel, Chairman of the Delaware County Board of Supervisors, has an important message for the residents of Delaware County.

Stating that Delaware County has a serious problem with heroin, and that the police are running at full capacity in their attempts to respond to it, Mr Eisel has announced a confidential hotline.

He urges residents of Delaware County to use the hotline to inform law enforcement of possible drug situations.
