Fleischmanns Man Ticketed After ATV Accident

Delaware County deputies investigated an ATV accident Sunday on Old Route 28 in Fleischmanns, Town of Middletown.

Fleischmanns native, Santos Flores, 31, was operating his ATV when he lost control and struck a tree.

Santos Flores was issued uniform traffic tickets for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, unregistered ATV, operating without a helmet and unlawful operation of an ATV on a public highway, all returnable to the Town of Middletown Court.

Flores is scheduled to return to court July 26. Santos was transported by a private vehicle to Margaretville Hospital to seek medical attention for a head injury that he sustained as a result of the accident.
