The Friends Of The Upper Delaware River is encouraging anglers to weigh in on proposed regulations by the State Department of Environmental Conservation for managing trout fishing statewide. The department recently released its management plan along with a draft version of the regulations which are expected to be adopted in time for the 2021 fishing season. The public comment period ends Jan. 25 and additional information is posted at the Friends’ website fudr.org.
