The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of two individuals following an investigation into reported sexual abuse in and around the Town of Otego. The investigation revealed that over several years, Eugene Buzie subjected children under thirteen to various forms of continuous sexual abuse. His mother, Mandie Brown, was aware of the abuse and failed to intervene, allowing her son access to the children until his arrest.
