Jason Aldean is living up to the title of his song "We Back." The country superstar earned his seventh No. 1 album on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart with his latest release, 9.

The album blasted to the summit of the Top Country Albums chart with a whopping 83,000 equivalent units sold in its first week, according to Billboard. 63,000 units of the 83,000 total were from traditional album sales.

9 also made a splash on Billboard's all-genre 200 chart, where it debuts at No. 2 behind rapper Trippie Redd's A Love Letter to You 4. Aldean earned his eighth Top 10 album on that chart, of which four have reached No. 1.

Aldean recently opened up to Taste of Country about his preference for releasing full-length albums, even in an age where the focus is increasingly on single songs.

"I like making full-length albums," he says. "I know things are changing as far as that goes and album sales are not what they used to be for anybody. It's all kind of going to streaming now and more singles driven, I guess, a little bit."

Aldean's previous album Rearview Town debuted at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart with 183,000 units sold. The singer's other No. 1  albums on the chart include They Don't Know, Old Boots, New Dirt, Night Train, Relentless and My Kinda Party.

Aldean is set to embark on his We Back Tour in 2020, beginning in Columbia, S.C., on Jan. 30. The tour wraps on March 14 in Saint Paul, Minn.

Jason Aldean tickets are available for all of his upcoming shows.
