A Laurens man is busted for using a stolen credit card. Police say Timothy Kolka stole the credit card from a car parked at a store and then used it at four different businesses in Oneonta. Kolka faces fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree forgery and petit larceny. He was arraigned last week in the Town of Oneonta Court and sent to the Otsego County Jail on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond with his next court appearance set for Dec. 14.
