National Soft Ice Cream Day: “What Is Your Favorite Place?”

This weekend we celebrate National Soft Ice Cream Day (August 19).

I like all the ice cream stands in 0our area.  From the Tastee-Freeze on Riverside in Sidney all the way to Mac-a-Doodles in Stamford, and everything in Oneonta,  I love a good cone in the summertime.

My favorite has to be the Golden Guernsey. in Oneonta.   It has been my family's go-to ice cream place for a quarter century.  How about you ?
