A report released Tuesday says that in 2014 approximately 1.5 million New Yorkers will be eligible for premium tax credits that will help them pay for health coverage.
According to the report by Families USA, a national health consumer organization, most of those eligible for the premium tax credits will be in working families and have incomes between, $47,100 and $94,200 for a family of four.

New York State’s economy has added 29,600 jobs in January, breaking a record with 17 consecutive months of private sector jobs added, the State Department of Labor reported Thursday.
The New York State common retirement fund’s rate of return for the third quarter ending Dec. 31 was 1.74 percent, according to New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli.
The fund’s estimated value at the end of the third quarter was $152.9 billion, near its historical high.
