
Two Arrested in Delaware County Drug Sale Incident

A month-long investigation into drug sales in Delaware County results in the arrest of two people. Police say the investigation led to a traffic stop Friday in Sidney where officers discovered heroin, suboxone, drug packaging paraphernalia and around $200 cash. Lisa Hayslip of Oneonta and Willian Katalinas of Unadilla were charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and were jailed on $100,000 cash bail each. Their next court appearance is on Wednesday. Investigators say more charges may be filed.
