Upcoming Baseball Hall of Famer Visits Cooperstown

Another member of the Baseball Hall of Fame Class of 2018 pays a visit to Cooperstown for his pre-induction orientation. According to the National Baseball Hall of Fame, Detroit Tigers Shortstop Alan Trammell and his wife Barbara had a chance on Thursday to see where his plaque will be placed after his July 29 induction. Trammel told the media he’s very honored to go in wearing the old english ‘D’. He also said that he hopes his plaque might refer to him as “a model of consistency.”
