Ice Storm Warning Issued For Delaware and Otsego Counties

The National Weather Service of Binghamton has issued an "Ice storm warning" for Delaware and Otsego Counties until 1:00 a.m. Tuesday.  Significant icing is expected making travel potentially dangerous.  The NWS also warns of the potential for power outages and tree damage due to the ice and wind.
