More Water Main Flushing In Oneonta

The City of Oneonta Department of Public Service continues its water main flushing this week in the high service area. Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and includes Homer Folks Ave, Overlook Drive, Suncrest Terrace, College Terrace, West Street, Ravine Parkway , Bugbee Road, Blodgett Drive, and adjacent side streets. During flushing, water users may experience a change in water color, pressure and/or loss of water. This is a common, temporary occurrence and is not a cause for alarm.
